Star Wars is back! On May 3, 1999 Hasbro released the first wave of Episode I figures to insane crowds at toy stores across the country. OK, maybe not so insane, but people snatched them up at a record pace. Every collector was exicted to see the new figures, how they looked and how they stacked up to the past releases. Overall, not bad. Many of the characters from the Phantom Menace were featured in this series. My signed favorite from this series is definetely the Samuel L. Jackson, which was signed shortly after the series came out.
