Multi-Signed Albums

This is definitely a star packed section featuring some of my favorite signed pieces in my collection.  Starting right off at the top of the list is a signed AC/DC album featuring the signature of Bon Scott.  IF your an AC/DC fan and enjoy their music you know that they had two lead singers and Scott was the original.  His  signature is rare in any form let alone an album and this is one of a few that are known to exist.  Almost everything in this section I had signed myself during the late 1980's and 1990's, most of it when I lived in Chicago.  Typically, if I didn't like the band, I didn't waste my time chasing after their signatures.  So this is a good assemblage of some of my favorite bands.  I had some great times getting Cheap Trick who I got to personally know thanks to having a radio station gig.  You can almost see the sweat and hard hours that went into putting these together.  Working a group item was never an easy task and some of these pieces lack a final signature or two to complete them.  Like in the case of my two Fleetwood Mac albums which are both missing Stevie Nicks.  A tough in person signature, Nicks was not accommodating like the rest of her band mates.

There are some great classic rock acts featured in this section, like Boston, Journey and Foreigner and some heavy metal gods like Black Sabbath, Kiss and Guns N' Roses.  There is also three different albums signed by one of the greatest acts of all time in Led Zeppelin.  I started these albums in 1990 with John Paul Jones and 10 years later I retired them with Jimmy Page who signed all three of them at once.  I always had horrible luck with Page and for 10 years he just wouldn't sign.  My luck changed on June 24, 2000.  After finishing his set with the Black Crowes at The World Music Theater, Page came back to his hotel and I was the only person waiting to get his signature.  He was accompanied by his bodyguard who saw me and told me to wait and Jimmy would sign for me once he got out of the SUV.  True to his word, Page walked over and signed all three albums at once!  I was elated and thanked him several times.  I have to say, they are some of my favorite pieces in my collection and I would never part with them.

Also in this section are some great pieces signed by The Who, Traffic, The Kinks, The Police, The Ramones and many others.  I hope you enjoy browsing the titles!
